I'm sure people will wonder what they have to do to become a moderator on the site.
First of all, this consists out of several things.
1: General behaviour on the site.
-Somebody acting like an complete ass is less likely to be chosen in comparoson to somebody who does behave. This includes additude against moderators, other members and general behaviour.
2: Proper grammar and well behaved rp manners.
-I cannot stress this enough; Good grammar is a must. I can hardly point out a members way of rp'ing/writing if I myself write like a retarded neanthertaler, now can I? Also giving room for improvement to characters in rp's and not stretching the rules all too much is a good thing.
3: Initiative.
-If you are actively helping out members on the site, come up with ideas how to improve certain area's and really show initiative to build and expand the site to greater heights, it greatly increases your chances of being chosen.
4: Being strict, but just.
-If you are trying to be a moderator and wish to show us that. For example, we wish to know how you react to a person breaking the few rules we have or two m em bers having an argument. Remember, a moderator must be stern, but fair and listen to both sides of the story before deciding on a punishment.
5: Connections.
This may not sound really fair, but already being known by me or one of the existing moderators will probably give you a higher chance of being chosen as a moderator.
This has nothing to do with you personally, but obviously people we already kmow and trust seem like a better choice then people we don't know.
Even if you qualify for being a mod, we can't have too many of them, of course. If you are not chosen don't worry; there are always positions for people to help organize, create banners or help think about contests.
